This beachfront condominium was built some 30 years ago. Over the years, Professional Restoration has been called in to restore the brick facade, balconies, support columns and stairways. Beachfront properties require special care and upkeep due to the harsh winds and constant saltwater spray. We are proud to be associated with Seaplace Condominiums and the residents who call this home.
