Maxwell House Plant
1995 & 1997
735 EAST BAY STREET
JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA 32202

The Maxwell House manufacturing plant in downtown Jacksonville has been extensively expanded and modernized in recent years.

In 1995, Professional Restoration was brought in to put the finishing touches on a building that had been showing signs of its age and maturity. The principal activities were extensive cleaning of brickwork and concrete, the
tuck-pointing of brickwork, repair and dressing of concrete pillars, caulking and sealing, the application of various waterproof coatings and the installation of metal flashings and trim. The contract was concluded with the application of internal coatings in areas where water had damaged internal surfaces.

In 1997, Professional Restoration, Inc. developed, engineered, and carried out a complete restoration of the east facade of the Jacksonville Production Facility.
