MOISTURE INTRUSION REPAIRS
1998 – 1999

Various “repair tasks” to eliminate moisture intrusion, including but not limited to repair of flashings, copings, dormers, tuck pointing, truss uplift anchorage and other components as specified.

One of the real key issues on this project was working with everyone concerned to ensure that the library stayed open throughout the entire contract. This was achieved in complete harmony with the client, the architect, the general public and Professional Restoration, Inc.
